Katsina Startup Law: first state to domesticate the Nigeria Startup Act

Katsina became the first state to adopt the national Startup Act into its own law.

Katsina became Nigeria's first state to domesticate the national Startup Act, giving young founders a legal framework for support and incentives.

The law sits within the SMART Katsina roadmap and its 12 digital policies, and is backed by the State Council for Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
