Who we are
This website is run by the Radda · Jobe campaign. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
When you volunteer we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, your LGA, ward and optional polling unit, the ways you would like to help, and any message you add. When you contact us we collect your name, contact details and message. We do not collect any other personal data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to organise volunteering and to reply to your messages. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who can see it
Only authorised campaign staff can access submissions, and exports are limited to senior administrators. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep volunteer records for the duration of the campaign and delete them within 12 months after the election, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Contact us using the details on the Contact page and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Security
Data is stored on secured servers, access is protected by individual accounts, and every administrative action is logged.
