The longest single road in the programme links rural communities across Kankia and Charanchi LGAs. It is one of the named projects in the state's road programme, which the Ministry of Works, Housing and Transport says totals more than 220 km of major inter-township, rural and urban roads.
Across three budget cycles, roughly ₦200 billion has been committed to roads, urban renewal, transport and other public infrastructure, according to the ministry's review.
The anniversary magazine describes the Kadanya–Kunduru–Radda–Tsakatsa–Ganuwa road as advancing, as part of efforts to strengthen rural connectivity.
