BudgIT's Tracka tracked 2,760 federal budget capital projects across 30 states for the 2024 budget cycle. Katsina ranked first with an 85.84% completion rate.
Of 114 projects worth ₦26.79 billion in Katsina, 89 were completed and 17 ongoing, and none was abandoned. Rivers (74.26%) and Bauchi (71.57%) came second and third.
These are federally funded projects located in the state, not the state government's own budget, which Tracka does not rank.
