Governor Radda says the state has executed development projects worth more than ₦30 billion without borrowing, while meeting salary and pension payments every month. 'Today, there is no sector where we are taking a loan to execute a single project in Katsina State,' he said.
The ₦828.58 billion 2027 budget signed into law allocates ₦637.85 billion, 76.98%, to capital expenditure.
