Governor Radda commissioned Phase I of the New Katsina Motel in April 2026, a public-private partnership to make the state a destination for tourism, commerce and investment.
Phase I has 42 serviced chalets with private parking, executive suites and other room categories, and fully equipped meeting rooms. The governor said the project is expected to generate about ₦2.6 billion in revenue, and the operator said Phase II was due within four months.
