Radda launches Katsina-One-Tree, targets 11 million trees by 2030

Two million trees in 2026 across all 34 LGAs, with success measured by survival.

The Katsina-One-Tree Initiative will plant two million trees in 2026 on the way to 11 million by 2030, across 6,652 Climate Intervention Areas in all 34 LGAs.

Governor Radda said the programme would be judged by the survival and maturity of the trees, not the number of seedlings handed out.
