At the third anniversary of the administration, Governor Radda reported that 170 junior secondary schools had been built in communities that had none. The construction was supported in part by the World Bank-assisted AGILE programme.
In February 2025 the count stood at 150 schools, 75 completed and 75 ongoing. The governor's May 2026 statement reports 170.
The state reports spending over ₦120 billion on education since May 2023, roughly a quarter of its annual budgets.
The anniversary magazine reports the World Bank-supported AGILE programme in detail: 75 new junior and senior secondary schools completed in Phase 1, and 77 under construction in Phase 2 at ₦36.88 billion. Another 578 schools are undergoing repairs, WASH upgrades and water supply, 45 have been identified for major rehabilitation (₦10.8 billion), and 170 schools received teaching and digital materials.
