In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful. It is with utmost gratitude to the Almighty Allah that we are gathered here today to witness the launching of National Unity Fabric in our dare State. The programme which is initiated by the First Lady, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu as a symbol of national unity and cultural diversity, is aimed to simulate local industries through mass production, create jobs and boost our economy.
I have no doubt that the project aligned with the present administration agenda of fostering creativity, supporting local enterprises and celebrating national identity and unity of the nation as it moves forward.
Today, we celebrate not just our freedom, but the indomitable spirit of unity and resilience that has propelled us through challenges and triumphs alike. As we commemorate this millstone, we renew our commitment to the ideals of our founding fathers and the promise of a greater Nigeria.
Our strength lies in our diversity and our shared dreams for a prosperous future. Though our “Building Your Future’ Agenda, we are laying the foundation for a Katsina that will be a beacon of hope and progress in our beloved nation.
We have expended access to quality education, improved healthcare facilities, created job opportunities through our agricultural and industrial initiatives and strengthened security measures to ensure the safety of Katsina residents.
I want call on the people of Katsina State to channel the same spirit of determination and hope that guided our forebears in their quest for independence. With our joint efforts, we can overcome current challenges and build a Katsina State and a Nigeria that we can all be proud of.
Let us stand united as brothers and sisters, bound by our shared heritage and aspirations of a prosperous and peaceful nation. As citizens of Katsina State, we have a unique responsibility to contribute to the progress of our State and nation. Let us embrace peace, harmony, and cooperation, and work tirelessly to build a brighter future for generations to come.
As we celebrate this Independence Day, I pledge to continue working hand in hand with all stakeholders to realize our shared vision of a prosperous Katsina State within a united and progressive Nigeria.
Last I wish all Nigerian a happy Independence Day celebration and prays for peace, unity and progress across the nation.
Long life Katsina State, long life the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
I wish all of you safe trip back to your respective destinations. Long live Katsina State and long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
