The administration renovated and furnished the Governor's offices and lodges in Katsina, Kaduna and Abuja, remodelled the Gobarau Minaret, upgraded the RUWASSA and KASSAROTA offices and restored several ministerial and institutional buildings.
Larger works include the three-lot Central Store Complex, an upgrade of People's Square, renovations at the Psychiatric Hospital and KTTV, and fencing and security improvements at the entrances of the Emir's Palaces in Katsina and Daura.
Between June 2023 and April 2025, building department projects came to about ₦2.43 billion.
